“You help me, I help you.” “I want to strike a deal with you… RM 5 million if you can put Robert Lau as Ahli Parliament…” If this is not bribery, I don’t know what is. (No wonder the turtles have left our shores in disgust.)
We hear this line uttered by our ROYAL Malaysian Police Force ‘protectors’ on the streets every day. If our top man is corrupt, how can we expect any better of those under him?
This is not the first time. He promised RM 3 million to the Chinese voters in Hulu Selangor. (But they still voted against him.) This is so blatant. >.<
God have mercy.

IDIOT! WTH..
Aiyah.. don’t lah, so angry… anger produces hatred…. hatred becomes wrath.. and then you rule the galaxy with the dark side of the force… o.O
lol. The law student shall fill in this part of his knowledge to contribute to the talk.
Is everyone familiar with the UDHR?
it’s the universal human rights declaration that was done up after world war 2 that speaks the worlds views that they had enough with barbarianism (especially after what Hitler done) so a lot countries are part of it. Now, Malaysia is not. and in its federal constitution, such rights are not really mention. Malaysia never signed the documents. Our federal constitution does not say a lot of things. lots of areas are vague, so what we lawyers do now is interpret it in light of UDHR. But ya. this is Malaysia. You might wanna try asking ah boon to go to the bar council to seek help, they are independent of the gov and would try to help them. The My constitution thingy is already on it.
Yes, the law student (where at?) is quite right.
And yes, Ah Boon (and Hilman, Ismail Aminuddin and Azlin) have are being helped by Haris Ibrahim (of SABM), Malik Imtiaz, Edmund Bon (chair of M’sian Bar Council’s My Consti committee), Eunice, Latheefah Koya and gang.
